What are they?
Veneers are an option we have in dentistry to improve the appearance of teeth. They are primarily used on upper front teeth and can improve defected, chipped, spaced out, malformed and discoloured front teeth.
How are they made?
A veneer, like a dental bridge or crown, is made in a laboratory and therefore requires two visits. A dental veneer is basically a layer of porcelain which is made to fit your tooth perfectly and cover any flaws which may be present on the tooth below.
Are they right for me?
Dental veneers are not required for everyone but in the correct circumstances with the correct execution they can make the world of difference and produce extremely stunning transformations in your smile.
